Menger John is a twenty-four years old guy who spends his time chasing life with a sigh.
Albeit he was the editor of two student publications before and has worked three jobs professionally in the past (as a writer and a graphic artist)… he is still a nobody. But this doesn’t worry him. “Life is not all about accomplishing things; it’s all about not giving up,” is his mantra, plagiarizing the thought from his favorite local author, J. Bataican.
As a person, Menger loves to travel, read books, horse around with friends, and eat. His worst is spending time by his lonesome, talking to himself, and spewing political rants on paper, or in his site.
Presently, he is a student of the University of San Carlos, retaking the course Industrial Engineering he left years ago. His future plans include earning millions, travelling the world, doing missionary, and getting wasted – all in that order.
One Shot is his fourth blog around the blogosphere, and currently the one he is updating frequently. For now, anyway.
