When?

I almost laugh my head off when Janus forwarded this message to me last night:

Hi, this is *Sarah of metrosports. I would like to ask when you could possibly enrol in our gym membership?

I am amazed how today’s businesses can be so persistent with their marketing strategy.

It was five months ago when we visited the Osmena Tower. We had no reason to be there but just to stroll. But when the receptionist up the floor asked us where we were heading, I flibbed: We just want to check the gym, and ask some details like how much would the membership be?

I remember the lady giving us application forms and brochures to my dismay. We checked the place after, but didn’t stay long like we wanted to. People who are bored and specially broke should not be disturbed.

I haven’t received any message as I already switched phone numbers. Supposing I have, I’d love to reply:

Next, next year Sarah. The minute I’ll earn my first million. Or the moment I’ll lose my mind.
